In the world of real estate there is a lot of competition. It’s a cut-throat industry with every agent and broker trying to stay on top. Over time, some agents are able to make a name for themselves becoming successful. Most agents fail.

The first advantage is that they help you sell your listings faster. Secondly, they can help you bring in more selling clients. According to Mashable, 73% of homeowners will look for real estate agents who use professional video to showcase the listings.

When a potential home buyer is scrolling through Zillow or the latest MLS listings, the photos are what draw them in. However, photos can only show so much. With a walk-through video tour showing how rooms connect or a drone shot showing how the property sits next to the river, videos can create an emotional attachment. We all know buying a home is an emotional venture!

When people see the results you’ve achieved by using real estate videos, they’re more likely to hire you. When meeting with clients for the first time, you will want to show them this offering in order have that competitive advantage.
