According to Mashable, 73% of homeowners will look for real estate agents who use professional video to showcase the listings.
When a potential home buyer is scrolling through Zillow or the latest MLS listings, the photos are what draw them in. However, photos can only show so much. With a walk-through video tour showing how rooms connect or a drone shot showing how the property sits next to the river, videos can create an emotional attachment. We all know buying a home is an emotional venture!
