Vacation Rental Pricing
Vacation rentals require a slightly different approach from standard real estate listings. Typically the best approach isn’t to showcase every room from corner to corner but to highlight what makes it special. They are also photographed in a style similar to what is provided to interior designers or architects. Vacation or short-term-rentals also require longer term image licensing due to how long the images will remain active online to attract bookings. A standard real estate listing may have active images for as little as a few days up to a few months. Vacation or short-term-rentals likely have indefinite shelf-life until the property is updated or eventually sold.
Vacation Rental Photography
$350 up to 25 dslr images
$150 add up to 5 drone images
Professional studio lighting is used for most shoots to ensure accurate colors, even illumination, depth, and window views. Interior lights may be on or off at photographers discretion. Photos are delivered within 48 hours.
Vacation Rental Video
$600 up to 2000 sq ft (drone footage & photos included)
$100 per additional 500 sq ft
Video’s feature a cinematic style walkthrough and drone footage if the videographer believes it will enhance the property. Drone use will only occur in legally authorized areas and under safe operational conditions. Video turnaround is 48 hours.
